All laptops that we sell have been run through full testing. We wipe the data, verify all components, do a screen inspection, and full battery test. 

Each laptop we have for sale is ready for an operating system to be installed (unless noted that an os is already installed). 

No ac adapters are included by default with our laptop lots.
