All of our cell phones have been fully tested and verified. We have verified that the ESN / IMEI numbers are valid and not present on any blacklists.

We also confirm that units are not icloud locked or locked in any way that makes them unusable. 

We do sell some cell phones that have cracks in the plastic or digitizers (screens). These issues are always noted in the detailed description section.
